Naam en adres nieuwe partner eisen?

Dear fellow boardmembers,

I hope my title is understandable. Please excuse me writing my question in English - replies in Dutch are also fine by the way.

My exwife has, for about a year now, a new partner (who lives just a few steps away from her, but is more or less always at her place according to the children- this is not unfortunately enough to stop the PA, I'm reasonably well informed, but that is off-topic).
This new partner has lately begun to assume a quasi-stepfather role (and is potentially able to spend more time "fathering" my children than I) to the extent that he has begun to be authorised by my exwife to pick the children up from their school on his own, drive them around to sporting activities, "playdates" etc. when she is unable or unwilling to do so.
Meanwhile she has refused to reveal his full name to me (or the children, for that matter) - only a first name has been revealed.
In the circumstances, is there a legal basis on which I can demand to know his full name, address etc.? Or is that possible only when the relationship is formalised in some way?

Voor mijn gevoel heb je wel het recht om te weten wat voor persoon dat ongeveer is die zo'n belangrijke rol vervult bij de opvoeding van je kinderen, maar een wettelijke bepaling waar dit duidelijk uit volgt ken ik niet (en is er denk ik niet). Relevante jurisprudentie vind ik zo 1-2-3 niet.

Als je echt juridische stappen wilt ondernemen denk ik dat je een redelijke kans maakt, maar dat is dus gebaseerd op mijn gevoel en niet op gespecialiseerde kennis.

Misschien leest iemand mee die hier meer van weet.
