Hi all,
I am new in the forum and my dutch is very bad. I am going to write in English and I am sorry if this is not the right place to post in English. If this is the case, please move my post to the right place in the forum.
I am a young Moroccan woman, 31 years old, I have a daughter, 8 years old. I lived together with a dutch woman as a partner.
We lived in Amsterdam 3 years and 2 months. After 3 years, I have applied for dutch nationality (I had NT2 - Dutch language diploma).
Just last month, I had problems with my partner and she went to the gemeente and she took me out of the address. My request for naturalisation is already in progress.
I went today to the Gemeente to check if she really took me out of the address and the gemeente confirmed that I am not registered and that this may affect my naturalisation request which is already in progress.
Now, I went with my daughter to my brother staying in his house. I do not know what options I have to save the situation.
My partner is no longer want to be together and she is already planing to move to Germany.
Could you please advise me what I can do to save my naturalisation request? or at least to have my own verblijfverguning?
My daughter is studying and she has an operation in July 2016.
I need your advise.
Thanks in advance, |
