Heey,
Kan iemand mij vertellen of het volgende rechtbeginsel bestaat: as it is, where it is?
Zo ja wat houdt het in en kan ik hierover wat vinden? Het zou een bepaling moeten zijn die gebruikelijk is in de scheepshandel.

Hier een stukje wat ik erover vond:

Volgens mij betreft dit een uitdrukking, die slaat op de staat van een goed (nl. in de staat en op de locatie waar die zich bevindt, wat die ook mogen zijn).
Als rechtsbeginsel ken ik het niet. |
