I am doing some legal research about licennsing issues in the Netherlands. Can anyone reccomend me law sources regulating the licensing issues on trade of defence technologies, spare parts to the defence technologies and similar.

Could you please clarify what you mean with defence technologies?
Are you referring to military technologies? If so, I could try to find out what rules and regulations regarding military technologies exist, but I think you might be able to do so yourself. Just search on www.mindef.nl (Dutch) or http://www.mindef.nl/en/ (English) the official website of the Ministry of defence. To find out what legislation exists concerning licensing in general just use http://wetten.overheid.nl/ and search the official legislation page of the government. |
