Hello,
i need to resolve a casus but i don't know anything of the netherlands law so i need help. The casus: W, a belgian company, owns 100% of X X (mother), a dutch company, owns 100% of Y and 100% of Z Y and Z are dutch companies (sister). i'd like to do a merger between the company X,Y and Z and Z must be the acquiring company.
