Jay Folberg and JayWelsh, who train all new JAMS Neutrals,will present the JAMS experience and offer a mini
training to a limited number of mediators from the Netherlands on December 3, 2008 Hotel Schiphol A4. The Workshop will include topics like, Barriers to settlement, What makes a good mediator and Pre Mediation contacts and will feature tightly edited videos of well known JAMS Mediators sharing their experience and techniques.
