| I am about to rent an apartment in Amsterdam which has a boiler, but my future landlord write in the contract that the annual maintenance of it is up to the tenant because of the power of the boiler itself (Intergas Kombi Kompakt HRE 36-30A). It does not really sound right to be, any suggestions before signing the contract? |
