Hi, I am a Swedish expat and since a few weeks living in Amsterdam and busy on a big international project. I don’t speak Dutch (yet) so it is still difficult for me to get the right information. I even had difficulties filling in the form on this website. Me and my girlfriend want to buy some furniture here in The Netherlands because we do not want to ship all of our old stuff to here. One thing is for sure, we are not going to buy IKEA  . Now we want to lend some money but we don’t get a lof of English information from the loan providers. I heard that ING, ABN and Frisia were really good and well known in The Netherlands. Does anyone else have some more tips for me? What legal stuff should I pay attention to when borrowing money in The Netherlands.
