Sorry for my Bad dutch. I am german and live in dutch now, hope you can hell me to clear some issues. I live in a kind of shared appartment community. It is a shared floor and all rooms are separate and only for one Person. I had changed the key and lock for my room AS i have started living Here because the janitor and the guy who is renting it have keys and they was going in to the rooms without asking and telling.
Now the renter want me to change my lock, else he is going to change it for me and send me the invoice.
AS i know from germany, i can change my key and the renter can not ask me for anything. How is it here in the netherlands?

The owner or janitor is never allowed to enter the room when you are not at home. Nor is the owner allowed to enter your room without permission, except when there would be an immenent threat that needs the attention of immediate repair.
You are allowed to change the locks on the door, and the owner is not allowed to change them back. The owner could ask you to replace the old lock when you would leave the room.
edit: added the word "not" in the first sentence.

Hi guys. So in the contract is written, that the owner has to have the keys in emmergency. It is justified by the fact, that it is no flat but a "WG", so shared floor and Kirchen, own room.
In germany that point of the contract would be invalid because it is against the law.
It it the same in netherlands? So i can tell the owner i will left my lock? May you give me please some paragraphs or judge decisions, they can be in dutch of course. Thank you a lot |

Your room is your home, so your landlord cannot ever enter it without your permission. Therefore you are free to change the lock.
So just change it. If he finds out, that means he tried to open your door without your permission and if he complains then tell him he attempted to commit a crime.

| I had changed the key 1 month ago. They told me you have to change it back, because we will have to pay a fine to the fire fighters because we have no key. Then i recieve a letter,that they will change the lock with out Me. So i am going to tell him that i will let the lock inside and he should not do anything. Something elseni should know about netherlands law? |

They are telling you nonsense.
I do not exclude that he may have to pay a fine for lack of fire safety, but not having the key of your room will not be the reason.
If there is a fire when you're not at home and fire fighters need to enter your room, they will probably kick in the door before there is time to ask for a key. And if your door needs to be kicked in because of a fire, there are bigger problems than the damage to the door.
How did they find out you changed the key? Why did they try to enter your room? Tell them you consider filing a complaint with the police for attempted huisvredebreuk.

It's not much different from German law on this point.
