Een website. Een interessante Hoster gebruikt server in Nederland.
Je bekritiseren ambtenaren (arbeidsbureaus, politieetc. etc.). Met echte naam en het kantooradres. Dit is gevaarlijk. Je bekritiseren buren (Zoals eerder "Rottenneighbor.com"). Dit is gevaarlijk. Je beledigt mensen, dat is strafbaar (in Duitsland). Je onteert uw eigen duitse vlag, dat is strafbaar ("90a"). Ik wil weten of deze Duitse wetten bestaan in Nederland. U belt de vrije pers als een schandpaal? Twijfelachtige instelling .
"Schandpaal" is polemisch. Het is legitiem (moreel juist) de waarheid te vertellen. Zelfs met echte namen. De Duitse justitie niet gestraft politieagenten en job center medewerkers, etc.. Een politieagent raakte een gebonden vrouw (gebroken kaak). Een politieagent raakte een vertaler meerdere malen met het hoofd naar de muur. Etc. .. Geen echte straf. Ze blijven aan de politie. |

Ja, sommige dingen zijn strafbaar en ja, als duitsland om gegevens vraagt met betrekking tot een strafrechtelijk onderzoek (waarvan de betreffende feiten ook in Nederland strafbaar zijn) levert nederland deze gegevens uit.
Dat heet een rechtshulpverzoek. |

Which of these laws (number in NL Wetboek van Strafrecht)?
Helps NL even if it is not a criminal offense in the NL? Unfortunately, I do not know about international law. example: Chinese dissident website operates in NL. Can NL the Chinese authorities help? A German dissident makes a website for grading and commenting on policemen. visitors can call real names and working address of the policemen. Otherwise it would be pointless.
